For a body of mass m moving in a vertical circle, Tension in the string at highest point and Tension at any angle θ with vertical is related as:-
TTH=3mg(1+cosθ)
Substituting the values
10TH=3(0.1)(10)(1+cos600)=4.5TH=5.5 N
