Kelvin (K) and degree Celcius (0C) are units of measuring temperature.
Where 0 0C = 273 K
Hence,
T(K)=273+t C

Given, boiling point of x = 35 0C
= 273+ 35 = 308 K,
boiling point of y = 56 0C
= 273+ 56= 329 K and
boiling point of z = 118 0C
= 273+ 118= 391 K
