The boxes are to be filled with apples in a heap. If 24 apples are put in a box, then 27 boxes are needed. If 36 apples are filled in a box how many boxes are needed?

The boxes are to be filled with apples in a heap.
If 24 apples are put in a box then 27 boxes are needed.
then total number of apples is = total number of boxes \times number of apples in a single box$
=27×24=648
As the number of apples remains same and 36 apples are to be filled in single box ,
Then total number of boxes will be needed,
=total number of apples\number of apples in single box
=64836
=18
18 boxes will be needed.
