The correct option is B 12 m
Let the length of the garden be ‘x’ m

Breadth = 23x

Perimeter = 2 [Length + Breadth]

2(x+23) = 40

2x+43x=40 (Solving the bracket)

6x+4x=120

10x=120

x=12010

Length = 12 m and breath 23x=12×23=8
