Solution

The correct option is A 20
Given,
Breadth of the rectangle = b cm
Length of the rectangle = 4 cm

Now,
Length of the rectangle=Twice the breadth+4
8 cm=2b+4

Now, applying trial and error method to find the breadth.
Value of 'b' L.H.S R.H.S
1 8 6
2 8 8

The breadth of the rectnagle = 2 cm

The perimeter of the rectangle =2×(l+b)
=2×(8 cm+2 cm)
=20 cm
