The bulb in the circuit shown in the figure does not glow. Can you identify the problem? Make necessary changes in the circuit to make the bulb glow.
In the given circuit, the positive terminals of both the batteries are joined together so that there will be no flow of current and hence the bulb did not glow.
According to the convention, the current flows from the positive terminal to the negative terminal, therefore, the positive terminal of the cell should be connected to the negative terminal of the cell and vice versa.
