The correct option is B $9$
velocity of wind is 38m/s. direction $S o u t h \to N o r t h$
and speed of plane relative to air is 245m/s. direction $?$
velocity plane wrt ground is $V$ m/s. direction $w e s t$
so $V C o s θ = 245$ and $V S i n θ = 38$
so dividing both we get $t a n θ = \frac{38}{245}$
$θ = 8.816$
so option B is closest to the real answer.
