velocity of wind is 38m/s. direction SouthNorth
and speed of plane relative to air is 245m/s. direction ?
velocity plane wrt ground is Vm/s. direction west
so VCosθ=245 and VSinθ=38
so dividing both we get tanθ=38245
θ=8.816
so option B is closest to the real answer.
