The cells of Cyanobacteria and Bacteria exhibit similarity in ____.
DNA
The cells of Cyanobacteria and Bacteria exhibit similarity in having a specific sort of DNA. Both their genetic materials are devoid of histone proteins. Blue-green algae (cyanobacteria) and bacteria reproduce mainly by fission, and also produce spores in unfavourable conditions. They reproduce sexually too, by transfer of DNA from one cell to another, through a process called conjugation.
