The central part of the earth which is in solid-state called
Inner core
The central part of the earth which is in solid state is inner core. The Earth has an outer solid layer called the crust , a highly viscous layer called the mantle , a liquid layer that is the outer part of the core , called the outer core, and a solid centre called the inner core. The inner core is solid, the outer core is liquid, and the mantle is solid/plastic. the inner core is composed primarily of iron and nickel and has a radius of ~1, 220 km. The temperature of the inner core is estimated to be about 5, 700 K (~5, 400 °C; 9, 800 °F).
