The correct option is A 1.6×1019C
Na has only one electron in valence shell as the electronic configuration of Na is 2, 8, 1.
Sodium-atom has no charge on it, Na+ is formed by loss of one electron and therefore has charge
= 0(1.6×1019)C

[Since, charge on one electron = 1.6×1019C]
