Solution

The correct option is A True
Consider the following equations which has the coefficients of Zn, HCl, ZnCl2 and H2 respectively as 1, 2, 1, and 1 respectively.

Zn(s)+2HCl(aq)ZnCl2(aq)+H2(g)

If we multiply all the coefficients by a number 3, the equation remains balanced.

3Zn(s)+6HCl(aq)3ZnCl2(aq)+3H2(g)

The chemical reaction doesn't change, only the molecules involved in the reaction increase by three times. Hence, the given statement is true.
