The correct option is B 9.0V
As there is no other resistors in circuit besides these three resistors therefore total voltage of battery will be dropped across them , now R1,R2 and R3 are in parallel combination therefore voltage drop across them will be same that is ,
V=9.0V (voltage drop across R3)
