The correct option is C 2513 Ω
As three cells are in parallel, their effective internal resistance is
1r123=1r1+1r2+1r3
=12+13+14
=6+4+312=1312
r123=1213

Now 1 V is in series to the parallel combination, hence net resistance of combination is
Reff=r4+r123
=1+1213
=2513Ω
