Let us solve the circuit at ω=0
At ω=0 the capacitors are open ckt

so ,

clearly V0=0
so, gain at ω=0 is zero
Now at ω= the capacitors are short circuited so the circuit is



so, V0=R2R1Vi

so, magnitude of gain =R2R1
Thus at low frequencies gain = 0
and at high frequencies gain=R2R1
