The correct option is C $1.59 L, 4.62 L$
$∵ 100 mL$ of blood has $0.02 g o f O_{2}$ and $0.08 g o f C O_{2}$ .
$∴ 10, 000 mL$ blood has $2 g o f O_{2}$ and $8 g o f C O_{2}$
By using $P V = n R T$ ,
For $O_{2}$ , $1 \times V_{O_{2}} = \frac{2}{32} \times 0.0821 \times 310$
$\Rightarrow$ $V_{O_{2}} = 1.59 litres$
For $C O_{2}$ , $1 \times V_{C O_{2}} = \frac{8}{44} \times 0.0821 \times 310$
$\Rightarrow$ $V_{C O_{2}} = 4.62 litres$
Thus, the correct option is (c).
