Solution

The correct option is A 2 L,4 L
Given,
100ml blood contains 0.02g O2 & 0.08g CO2
No. of moles of O2 in 100ml blood=0.02g32g/mol=0.0006250.001 moles
Also, No. of moles of CO2 in 100ml blood=0.08g44g/mol=0.001810.002 moles
Now, we know 1 mole O2=22.4L O2
0.001 mole O2=22.4×103L O2
Also, 1 mole CO2=22.4L CO2
0.002 mole CO2=22.4×0.002
=44.8×103L of CO2
100ml blood has 422.4×103L O2
10L blood has 22.4×103×10100×103=2.24L of O2
Also, 100ml blood has 44.8×103L CO2
10L blood has 44.8×103×10100×103=4.48L of CO2
10L blood has 2L O2 & 4L CO2.
