Then the circumference of the sheet is $2\pi r$.

Then according to the problem we've,

$2\pi r=154$

or, $2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=154$

or, $r=\frac{49}{2}cm$.

Then the area will be

$=\pi r^2$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{49}{2}\times \frac{49}{2}$

$=1886.5c{m}^2$.
