Then, $2\pi r=6\pi \Rightarrow r=3cm$

Capacity of cylinder $=\pi r^{2}h=\pi \times 3\times 3\times 6=54\pi {cm}^3$

In litres $\Rightarrow 1{cm}^3=0.001litre\Rightarrow 54\pi {cm}^3=0.054\pi$ litre
