The base of the cylinder is circular in shape.
Hence, radius of the cylinder $=\frac{Circumference}{2\pi }=\frac{6\pi }{2\pi }=3cm$
Height $=$ Diameter $=3\times 2=6cm$

Volume of the cylinder$=\pi r^{2}h=\pi \times 3^2\times 6=54\pi {cm}^3$

$=\frac{54\pi }{1000}$ litres $=0.054\pi$ litres
