r be the radius of its base B be the width of the canvas
Circumference of base=44
2×pie×r=44
R=44744
R=7m
l=97+4444=5
Area of canvas =csa of cone
L×B=pie×r×l
L=22×5×77×2=55m
Thus the length of canvas used 55m
