Circumference of the base $=44m$
$\therefore 2\pi r=44$
$\Rightarrow 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=44$
$\Rightarrow r:=\frac{44\times 7}{2\times 22}=7m$
$\therefore$ Volume of the air inside the tent
$\begin{array}{c}=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h\\ =\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{22}{7}\times (7{)}^2\times 9\\ =\frac{22\times 7\times 7\times 9}{3\times 7}\\ =462m^3\end{array}$
