The correct option is A(7,−1,4). The equation of plane through given points is r−(3i+8j+k)=17. Solving with given line on putting the value of r from line in the equation of plane,
we get −4+λ(7)=17
∴7λ=21⇒λ=3. Hence the point of intersection is 7i−j+4k or (7,−1,4).
