We know that, coefficient of real expansion of a liquid = coefficient of apparent expansion of the liquid + coefficient of volume expansion of the vessel
γr=γa+γv=γa+3αv
For vessel A: γr=γ1+3α1=γ1+3α (α1=α)
For vessel B: γr=γ2+3α2
Since the liquid is the same, γr is same.
Hence, γ1+3α=γ2+3α2
