Correct equation is
x2+13x+q=0 (1)

Incorrect equation is
x2+17x+q=0 (2)

Given that roots of Eq. (2) are 2 and 15.
Therefore, product of the roots of incorrect equation is q=(2)(15)=30.

From (1), the correct equation is
x2+13x+30=0
x=3,10
