The correct option is C Hydrazine
Lassaigne's test is bases upon the formation of NaCN. Since hydrazine (NH2NH2) does not contain carbon, it cannot form NaCN during Na fusion and hence does not give blue colour. All the remaining three compounds (aniline, glycine and urea) contain both C and N needed for the formation of NaCN and thus give blue colour.
