The compound that does not have a lone pair of electrons on the central atom is carbon tetrachloride CCl4. The C atom has 4 valence electrons that are shared with 4 electrons of 4 Cl atoms to form 4 CCl bonds. Thus C atom has no lone pair of electrons.
Note: Each Cl atom has 3 lone pairs of electrons.
Water H2O molecule has two lone pairs of electrons on the O atom.
Ammonia, NH3. the molecule has one lone pair of electrons on the N atom.
