The concentration of a solution in terms of mass by mass is 10.71% (W/W). Calculate the mass of solute present in 250g of the solvent (water).​

Concentration = 10.71% (w/w)
Let the mass of solute = x
Mass % of solute=mass of solutemass of solute +mass of solvent ×100
10.71=(xx+250)×100
10.71100=xx+250
0.1071x-x=-26.775x=30 gm
Mass of solute = 30 gm
