• Classification of organisms is done to study the differences and similarities occurring between the individuals.Those organisms that share similar features and similar development level are kept in same class whereas organisms differing in characteristics based on their mode of development and features are kept in different class.

• On the other hand, Evolution deals with the study of complexity of structures and features of the organisms. organisms are arranged in the order of complexity which links Evolution with Classification.
