Solution

The correct option is D I. II and III
To exclude High Courts from the influence of regional politics the Constitution has made several arrangements:
1) Transfer of Judges- The President can transfer a judge from one High Court to other after consulting the Chief Justice of India.
2) Establishment of common High Court- The Constitution of India specifically provides that, Parliament may by law establish a common High Court for two or more States or for two or more States and a Union territory.
3) Determining disputes- The High Court judge holds office until he attains the age of 62 years and any question regarding his age is to be decided by the President after consulting with the Chief Justice of India. The decision of President is final in this regard.
