Solution

The correct option is A Ribosome
The conversion of DNA sequence into an amino acid sequence in eukaryotic cells takes place on the ribosome and it is called as the process of gene expression.
Transcription is the first step of gene expression, in which a particular segment of DNA is copied into RNA (mRNA) by the enzyme RNA polymerase in the nucleus. After processing of RNA , mRNA move to the cytoplasm where it attaches to the ribosome for the formation of the sequence of amino acid, called as translation.
