Since, the point $C$ lies on negative x-axis.
Coordinates of point $C$ = $(-x,0)$ ...(ii)
Comparing equation (i) with equation (ii) we get,
$7q-21$ = $0$
$7q$ = $21$
$q$ = $3$
Again, putting the value of $q$ equal to $3$ in $(4q+16)$ we get,
$4q+16$ = $\left[4\right(3)+16]$
= $(12+16)$
= $28$
Since, the coordinate of point $C$ are $(-x,0)$.
Therefore, coordinates of $C$ are $(-28,0)$.
