(i) the gradient of EF =

$\frac{Y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}=\frac{7-4}{3}=1$

(ii) the eqaution of EF =

$Y-7=1(x-3)$

$Y-7=x-3$

$x-y+4=0$

(iii) the coordinates of point where EF intersects the x-axis

$Y=0$

$\therefore x+4=0$

$\Rightarrow x=-4$

coordinates are $(-4,0)$
