Ammonium phosphate is the salt of ammonium and phosphate. It is highly unstable compound with the formula ${({N H}_{4})}_{3} {P O}_{4}$ . The charge on ammonium is +1 and that in phosphate ion is -3 cross multiplying the valency we get the formula.
