Electron withdrawing group (EWG) increases acidic strength & electron releasing group (ERG) decreases acidic strength.
Therefore, Nitrophenol will be more acidic than phenol & it will be more acidic than cresol.
Among para & meta Nitrophenols, para-nitrophenol will be -NO2 group. Hence correct option is (b).
