NH3,[PtCl4]2,PCl5 and BCl3 have sp3,dsp2,sp3d and sp2-hybridization respectively. Note that hybridization of P in PCl5 is wrongly reported in the problem.
Hybridization in NH3 :It is is sp3 because N is bonded to 3 hydrogen groups and contains two unpaired electrons. For these three bonds and unpaired electron, the s orbital and three p orbitals hybridize forming sp3 hybridized orbitals.
