The correct option is C CO32<CO2<CO
Bond length is inversely proportional to bond order. Bond order depends on number of bonds. Here CO has triple bonds, CO2 has double bonds. However, for (CO3)2 has bond character between single and double bond due to resonance.
Hence bond length will have order of (CO3)2>CO2>CO
Order of bond strength is inverse of bond length.
