Bond energy is inversely dependent on bond length. The order of bond length is I2>Br2>Cl2>F2..

Hence, the order of bond energy should be I2<Br2<Cl2<F2.. But, bond dissociation enthalpy of F2 is less than Cl2 because of small size of F2 and large inter-electronic repulsions.
Thus, order of bond energy is Cl2>F2 and Br2<Cl2.
So, option (d) is correct.
