The correct option is B 14
Let the cost of one cow =x and chicken =y
Then form an equation as,
2x+4y=60 ----- (1)
x+y=16 ----- (2)
Multiplying the equation (2) by 2 and then subtract the equations,
2x+4y=60
2x+2y=32
____________
2y=28
y=282
y=14
Therefore, the cost of one chicken is Rs. 14.
