Let the cost of soda is x and pretzel is y.
So 2×x+3×y=4.6

The cost of 2 pretzel is 2.2
2×y=2.2
y=1.1
Cost of pretzel is y=1.1

Substiting the cost of pretzel in above, we get
2x+3×1.1=4.6
x=4.63.32
x=0.66
Cost of soda is x=0.65
So the cost of 2 sodas is 2×x=2×0.65= 1.3$
