$=$ Total cost $÷$ Total length of cloth

$=\frac{51}{4}÷\frac{23}{3}$

$=\frac{51}{4}\times$ $\frac{3}{23}$ =$\frac{153}{92}$

$=Rs.1\frac{61}{92}$
