Cost of 1 m cloth = Rs.700
Then the cost of $\frac{1}{2}$ m cloth. $\frac{1}{2} \times 700$ = Rs. 350
Cost of 1 m ribbon = Rs. 120
Then the cost of $\frac{1}{4}$ m ribbon = $\frac{1}{4} \times 120$ = Rs. 30
Total cost = Rs. 350 + Rs. 30 = Rs. 380
