₹ 46,20,000


Given : The cost of apartment = ₹42 lakhs

Increase in price = 10%.

So, 10% of 42 lakhs would give us the increase in price.

10100×42,00,000 = ₹ 4,20,000

Add this amount to 42 lakhs to find the increased price.

New Price = 42,00,000 + 4,20,000 = 46,20,000

Alternate method

Increased price = 42,00,000 x 1.1 = 46,20,000
