For $R s .24,$ then length of fencing $= 1 m$
For $R s .52$ so, the length of fencing
$= \frac{1}{24}$ $\times$ $5280 = 220$ meters
Circumference of the field $= 220 m$
$2 p r = 220$
Therefore $r = \frac{220 \times 7}{44} = 35 m$
Area of the field $=$ $π$ $r^{2}$
$π$ ${(35)}^{2} = 1225$
Cost of ploughing $= R s .0 .50$ per $m^{2}$
Total cost of ploughing the field $= R s . 1225$

$= \frac{1225 \times 22 \times 1}{7 \times 2}$

$= R s, 1925.$

Hence, the answer is $1925.$
