Step 1:-

Area $\text{=}\frac{\text{total cost}}{{\text{cost per m}}^2}$

$\text{⇒}\frac{\text{1710}}{\text{3}}$

${\text{⇒ 570 m}}^2$

Step 2:-

Length$\text{= 19 m}$ and breadth $\text{= ?}$

$\text{Area =length× breadth}$

$\text{570 = 19 × b}$

$\text{b =}\frac{570}{19}$

$\text{b = 30 m}$

Step 3:-

$\text{l = 19 m}$ and $\text{b = 30 m}$

Perimeter $\text{= 2}\left(\text{l+b}\right)$

$\text{⇒ 2}\left(\text{19 + 30}\right)$

$\text{⇒ 2}\left(\text{49}\right)$

$\text{⇒ 98 m}$

Cost of Fencing per meter$\text{= 1.50 rupees}$

Total cost of fencing $\text{= 98 × 1.50}$
