The correct option is C: $75 %$
$1$ dozen $= 12$
Cost of $12$ eggs $= R s . 48$

$\Rightarrow$ Cost of $1$ egg $= R s . \frac{48}{12} = R s . 4$

$∴$ Number of eggs that can be bought for $R s . 36 = \frac{36}{4} = 9$

$∴$ Percentage of a dozen $= \frac{9}{12} \times 100 = 75 %$
