The cost of painting a rectangular metal sheet is square of its area. If the length and breadth of the rectangle are 2xy and 3x²y, then find the cost. Given that area of a rectangle is the product of its length and breadth.

$We have, Length of the rectangular metal sheet = 2 x y and Breadth of the rectangular metal sheet = 3 x^{2} y Now, the area of the rectangular sheet = Length \times Breadth = 2 x y \times 3 x^{2} y = 6 x^{3} y^{2} So, the cost of the painting the metal sheet = {(6 x^{3} y^{2})}^{2} = 6 x^{3} y^{2} \times 6 x^{3} y^{2} = 36 x^{6} y^{4}$
