The correct option is A Rs. $2$

Let the cost of each pen $=Rs.x$, each pencil $=Rs.y$ and of each eraser $=Rs.z$
As per the given information,
$2x+3y+4z=46$ --- (1)
$3x+y+6z=62$ --- (2)
Multiplying eqn 1 with $3$ we get
$6x+9y+12z=138$ --- (3)
Multiplying eqn 2 with $2$ we get
$6x+2y+12z=124$ --- (4)
Subtracting eqn 4 from eqn 3, we get
$7y=14$
$=>y=2$
So, cost of each pencil $=Rs2$
