$\frac{{\mu }_X}{{\mu }_Y}=\frac{sin{45}^o}{sin{60}^o}=\frac{v_Y}{v_X}$

$\frac{v_Y}{v_X}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}/\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{v_X}{v_Y}=\sqrt{\frac{3}{2}}$
