$\int d q = \int_{1}^{3} (3 t + 4 t^{2}) d t$

$Q = {[\frac{3 t^{2}}{2} + \frac{4 t^{2}}{2}]}_{1}^{3}$

$= [\frac{27}{2} + \frac{108}{3}] - [\frac{3}{2} + \frac{4}{3}]$

$= 13.5 + 36 - \frac{17}{6}$

$= 49.5 - \frac{17}{6} = \frac{297 - 17}{6}$
